  • Program Details: 
    • Keynotes: Our keynote speakers will be Presiding Bishop and Primate Michael Curry and Bishop Jennifer Baskerville-Burrows, first female African American diocesan bishop in the Episcopal Church.
    • Workshop Descriptions: We'll offer 16 workshops on everything from Latino Family Camp to DIY Information Technology. Read the descriptions here.
    • Pre-Conference Options: The conference officially begins with a welcome reception at 5pm on Sunday, January 27, followed by dinner and opening program. There are two pre-conference programming opportunities:
      • Saturday, January 26: Mental Health First Aid Training (Indianapolis) Forma, the network of Christian Formation professionals is holding their annual conference the week before ours in Indianapolis. To take advantage of this overlap, we are working with Forma to offer a Mental Health First Aid certification training on the Saturday before our conference begins. This training will be offered at no-cost to attendees, with accommodations at and transportation from Waycross available. The workshop will begin at 9:30am in Indianapolis on Saturday. Registration is now closed.
      • Sunday, January 27: Executive Director 101 (Waycross) A 6-hour workshop on the essential components of successful executive non-profit camp/retreat center leadership, designed for those seeking or in the first years of an Executive Director position. Includes Saturday night accommodations and Sunday meals. 9am-3:30pm
  • Registration Information:
    • Rates & Discounts: Rates vary, depending on type of accommodation.
    • All fees include all conference content and materials, as well as Wellness Day activities and fieldtrip, and transportation to/from the airport. Discounts are also offered to centers sending more than one attendee. Scholarships are available. To request a scholarship, please complete this form and submit it before registering. We do not want cost to be a factor in your center or program sending an attendee; please contact for additional assistance.
    • Accommodation Details: Please note that in order to accommodate our expected number of attendees as comfortably as possible, we have an extremely limited number of single occupancy rooms available. We appreciate your flexibility in being willing to share a room in order to make this community event a success. The double and dorm-style rooms (which sleep 2-4 each, with a shared bathroom) are very comfortable. If you’d prefer to commute from on offsite hotel or motel, please contact for recommendations.

  • Sponsorship Information & Exhibit Hall
    • Sponsorship options are available both in the on-site Exhibit Hall and through an off-site presence. The Exhibit Hall will be open from 4:45pm on Monday, January 28 to 4pm on Tuesday, January 29, including an Exhibitor Happy Hour on Monday evening. Details and contract are available here.
