This position spends the summer overseeing Camp Kanuga's program and staff along with the Camp Director. The rest of the year, he/she acts as Camp Reservations Coordinator.  There are several facets that make up the Camp Reservations Coordinator's role during Fall/Winter/Spring months. He/she is also responsible for the database management of group registrations, contracts and invoices for Camp Bob and Mountain Trail Outdoor School groups. Additionally, the Camp Reservations Coordinator is the administrator responsible for weekend retreat programs hosted at the Bob Campbell Youth Campus and Camp Kanuga. Inherent to this responsibility is the overall marketing and business development of all weekend groups, the organization of necessary programming and staffing resources, and acting as "host" to each group.

Finally, as a member of Kanuga's Camping and Outdoor Education team, the Camp Kanuga Assistant Director/Camp Reservations Coordinator has a broader role of helping to set policy and direction for camping, adventure and outdoor education programs at Kanuga Conferences, Inc.
