Carla Odell, Executive Director at DaySpring Conference Center in southwest Florida, has presented sessions on Deposits and Contracts at the Annual Conference for the past few years. Feedback from these workshops told us you needed more: More time, more conversation, more detail. Carla has offered to lead this in-depth meeting to do just that.

This is a complement to the Annual Conference's broader education, networking, and camaraderie offerings that will help you analyze, evaluate, and adjust your retreat center booking processes and paperwork to be efficient and effective. Contact Carla with agenda questions or suggestions.

The meeting will begin at 10AM on December 5 (lodging and breakfast is available for those arriving December 4), and conclude with lunch on December 6.

Carla has volunteered her time for this event, and fees will go directly to lodging and meals, with $10 added to each rate for hospitality and credit card processing fees. Rates are as follows:
