Additional Financial Relief for Camps Included in Federal Relief Bill

The new Coronavirus relief bill that was passed this past week by Congress and eventually signed by President Trump includes some provisions that could support our camps and conference centers. These include:

  • An opportunity for seasonal camps to modify their original PPP loan amounts, if those loans havne’t already been forgiven.

  • Additional PPP funds: Call your banks, quickly. The terms remain similar to the first PPP roll-out, and is available to businesses with not more than 300 employees that have been “significantly impacted by the pandemic” — businesses will be required to show a 25-percent drop in receipts from the first, second, or third quarter of 2020 in comparison to the same period the previous year.

Details will continue to be fleshed out and posted on our website and the ACA’s.
