2020 Conference Session: Utilizing an Interim Transition Ministry

The leadership transition process is often filled with uncertainty and anxiety. Leadership transition is also an inevitable part of the life of any organization. This panel gathers an experienced group of leaders who have walked the path of executive leadership transition — specifically transitions that brought on an interim director — and have lived to tell about it. We will touch on preparing for transition, self care, organizational structure, effective communication, using transition to further ministry, and effective use of an interim model.
