The Camp & Conference Center Leadership Mentoring Program is a new initiative designed to support and strengthen the formation of emerging leaders in camp and conference center ministry. This six-month program connects young adults who are early in their careers with experienced leaders who have dedicated years—often decades—to serving the church through outdoor ministry.
We believe that strong camp and conference ministries are built on relationships, wisdom-sharing, and a commitment to raising up the next generation of leaders. This program creates intentional space for those connections to flourish.
What the Program Offers
Participants journey together through a structured mentoring experience that includes:
An opening online gathering with the full cohort
Four one-on-one mentoring sessions scheduled at the convenience of each pair
A closing cohort session for reflection and celebration

Why Mentoring Matters
Camp and conference ministry is unique—and so is the journey of leadership within it. By bridging generations of experience, this program helps emerging leaders grow in confidence, skill, and vocational clarity while allowing seasoned leaders to share the wisdom they’ve gained along the way. Together, we strengthen the ministries that create sacred spaces of formation, belonging, and encounter.
