Episcopal Camps & Conference Centers connects over 110 camps, retreat centers, and outdoor ministries across the United States and beyond. Every year, the leaders who run these organizations — directors, program staff, and board members — gather at our Annual Conference for a week of professional development, inspiration, and community. Sponsoring this conference puts your organization directly in front of the decision-makers who purchase products, hire vendors, and shape the future of Episcopal camp and conference ministry.
Whether you join us in person or support from afar, your sponsorship is a high-visibility investment in a focused, mission-aligned audience. The Exhibit Hall runs all day Monday and Tuesday until Noon, with dedicated time Monday evening designed to drive traffic and spark real conversations at your table. Optional 1-on-1 appointments Tuesday afternoon give you space for deeper conversations with potential clients. It's a rare chance to meet this audience face to face, build relationships, and leave with warm leads rather than just business cards.

Every Sponsorship Level Package includes:
Your organization's logo and blurb featured on the ECCC website, conference email newsletter, social media, and conference app.
Inclusion of a promotional item in the conference swag bag. Items may be mailed in advance or hand delivered and must arrive by Sunday, January 31 at noon.
A listing in the ECCC Buyers Guide distributed to Member Centers annually.
Sponsorship Events are first come first serve: Conference plenary engagements, Moth Story Hour, Sports and Cards Tournament, Community Night, Celebration Night
* Returning Exhibitors from the previous year’s ECCC Annual Conference receive a $100 discount on the exhibitor package.
** Accommodations are available on site and may be reserved through the general conference registration. If you plan to only stay Sunday - Tuesday when the Exhibit Hall is open you will receive an exhibitor discount code.
The week prior to the 2027 ECCC Annual Conference, The United Methodist Camp and Retreat Ministries (UMCRM) is hosting their annual gathering, January 24-28, 2027 at Zephyr Ping in Zephyr Cove, NV. Organizations planning to exhibit with ECCC may also be interested in exhibiting at UMCRM. Exhibitors new to either conference, referred by the other, will receive a discount on their sponsor package. Email info@episcopalccc.org for more information.

How many people attended the last conference?
In 2026, we welcomed almost 150 attendees, representing 60 Episcopal camps and conference centers.
When can I set up my booth?
The Exhibit Hall is available for set up on Sunday evening (January 31) but doesn't officially open until the morning of Monday, February 1.
What are the exhibit hall hours?
Monday, February 1 —Tuesday, February 2, exact hours will be confirmed in your registration materials.
What is included with the booth?
One 6' table (or half of an 8’ table when we run out of 6’) and two chairs, wi-fi access, and limited electricity.
When can I start shipping my Booth materials & Swag Bag Promo Materials?
Exhibitors should plan to ship any materials between January 1–15, 2027 in order for them to arrive on time. Materials can be sent to:

Return shipping is available for exhibit hall materials through UPS, USPS, and FedEx. UPS and USPS are preferred. Exhibitors must have pre-printed shipping labels for all items in order to take advantage of return shipping.
How many badges come with my booth?
You will receive the number of name badges indicated in the table under Conference Tickets.
Is there housing available for exhibitors at Barbara C. Harris Center?
This year housing is available on-site. The nearest hotel is over an hour away, exhibitors are encouraged to stay on-site.
Which airport should I use for conference travel?
Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM) is approximately 1.5 hours from Camp McDowell. Shuttle and carpool options will be shared with registered attendees.
What if I don’t know who will attending to my booth when I fill out the Pledge form?
You will be asked to submit the names of your table attendants by January 19 with the full balance of your sponsorship fees.
Can I stay for the entire conference, even when the exhibit hall is closed?
Yes. Over the years our exhibitors and sponsors have built wonderful relationships with our participants by participating in the full conference.
Will ECCC share the conference participant contact information with sponsors?
No, we don't share our participant or member information but we would be happy to communicate appropriate information from our sponsors and exhibitors through our ECCC communication channels.
What is the payment timeline for sponsorship?
The balance for sponsorship packages is due no later than January 15, 2027.
What if I decide to change my sponsorship level?
If you would like to change your sponsorship level after filling out the sponsorship pledge form please email info@episcopalccc.org
What is the appropriate dress for the conference?
Casual and comfortable.
